After a short introduction and demonstration, you'll start creating your own ceramic piece(s) using different hand-building techniques. Guidance is available throughout the process.

After your piece has dried and been fired, you can choose to have it finished with a clear glaze or return for a ceramic painting workshop to add your own colours, patterns, and personal touch.

Choose a piece, explore different techniques, and design something that reflects your style. With 45+ colours and guidance available, everyone can create a unique ceramic piece.

You can either paint a creation from a previous hand-building workshop or start with a ready-made bisque piece, which is included in the workshop price. Additional pieces can be purchased in the studio if you would like to create more.

Workshops take place on Tuesday and Friday evenings from 19:00–21:00. Private workshops can be booked on any agreed on day and time and are without extra cost from 3+ people. For this simply send us an email at cartref.design@gmail.com

Hand Building: €50 p.p.
Ceramic Painting: €50 p.p.

• No previous experience is needed, and workshops are suitable for all ages.

• Clay or one bisc base, tools, glazes, firing, drinks and a snack are all included and aprons are available.

• Finished ceramic pieces can be collected after they have been fired. (Drying and firing takes 2 to 3 weeks depending on the seoson)

• Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the start of the workshop and canceling up to 48 hours.
